Welcome to DEELY CREATORS. These terms explain how we work, what you can expect from us, and what we expect in return, whether you’re a model, a brand, or just visiting the site.

By using this website or working with us, you agree to the terms below. If something isn’t clear, reach out to us at info@deelycreators.com before moving forward.

Who we are

DEELY CREATORS is a model and talent agency registered in the Netherlands under Chamber of Commerce (KVK) number 78176913. You can reach us at info@deelycreators.com.

Throughout this page, “we,” “us,” and “the agency” refer to DEELY CREATORS. “You” refers to anyone using this website, applying as a model or talent, or booking through us as a client.

Using this website

This site is here to introduce our agency, our models, and our work, and to make it easy to apply or get in touch. You agree to use it only for lawful purposes and not to:

• copy, scrape, or reproduce our content, photos, or model portfolios without permission
• impersonate someone else when submitting an application or inquiry
• attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the site

All text, design, and imagery on this site is owned by DEELY CREATORS or used with permission from the respective models and photographers, and is protected by copyright. Nothing here may be reused commercially without our written consent.

Applying as a model or talent

When you apply through our “Become a Model” page, you’re submitting photos and personal details (such as height, age, and measurements) for our team to review. A few things to know:

• Submitting an application does not guarantee representation. We review every application personally and always respond, usually within 2–3 business days.
• You confirm that the photos and information you submit are your own and accurate.
• If we’re not the right fit, we’ll let you know. If we are, we’ll reach out to discuss next steps together.
• You can withdraw your application at any time by emailing us.
• If you’re under 18, a parent or legal guardian must be involved in the application and any resulting agreement.

Representation

If we take you on as a model or talent, the specific terms of that relationship, including commission, exclusivity, and duration, are set out in a separate representation agreement signed by both parties. These website terms don’t replace that agreement; where the two overlap, the signed agreement takes priority.

Use of images and portfolios

Models featured on this site have given permission for their images to be used here for portfolio and promotional purposes. If you’re a represented model and want an image removed or updated, contact us and we’ll take care of it.

If you’re a brand or photographer and want to use a model’s image outside of an agreed booking, you need separate, written permission from us and the model in question.

Bookings for brands and clients

When a brand or client books a model or talent through us, the booking is confirmed through a Booking Confirmation, and our Booking Terms apply to the assignment.

Privacy

We collect and process personal data (like contact details, measurements, and photos) to run applications, bookings, and general communication. For full details on what we collect and why, see our Privacy Policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update this page from time to time as our agency grows. The date at the top shows when it was last revised. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
